MAT-BASED YOGA CLASSES

Bring yoga into your workplace! Yoga classes are an ideal way to support wellbeing and team spirit at work. Yoga classes are effective ways to reduce stress and back and neck pain, as well as improve posture, increase energy and mental focus. Corporate classes can be arranged in the mornings before work, during lunchtime, or in the evenings after work. All you need is a meeting room where tables and chairs can be moved, or any space large enough to accomodate yoga mats for your group. 

Classes are typically structured in 6 or 10-week blocks with a minimum of 6 students. Single taster classes can also be arranged.

CHAIR-BASED YOGA FOR WELLNESS SESSIONS

Working in an office at a computer for prolonged periods of time can lead to tension, stiffness, and stress throughout the body. Yoga stretches can be done at your desk anytime, and can help reduce strain that develops from sitting for long periods of time, typing, and staring at the computer screen. In this session we will target neck, shoulders, wrists, hips, hamstrings and the lower back. The techniques will be easy to follow and will be practiced seated and standing. All you need is a space such as a meeting room, and a chair for each participant. No other special equipment or attire is required, making it easy to take place during lunch hour or at an away day.
