One of my favorite things to do after a good yoga class is to eat. I tend to eat several smaller meals and graze throughout the day, so the 2 hour recommended fast before a yoga class, combined with the 75-90 minute yoga class seems to be a long time to go without eating! Maybe this sounds ridiculous, but do you share this behavior with me?
I'm collaborating with my friend and fellow yogini Alanna of The Bojon Gourmet to present YOGA + YUM, a mini retreat to nourish your body, mind and soul.
